Judgment

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to settle the matter amicably. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that his client will pay a sum of Rs. 6,000/- to the respondent no. 3 towards traveling and other expenses on next date fixed.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondent no. 3 returnable at an early date, by registered post, acknowledgment due.
List this matter on 16.12.2019, on which day, parties shall appear in person before this Court.
Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the papers available on record, it is directed that, till the next date of listing, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with impugned F.I.R., being Case Crime/F.I.R. No. 433 of 2019, relating to offence punishable under Section 376 & 420 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Vikasnagar, District Dehradun, provided he cooperates with the investigating agency in the investigation of the case. Petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 20.11.2019.
Stay application (CLMA No. 15187 of 2019) stands disposed of.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to respondent no. 3 so that she may know about the proposal made on behalf of the petitioners.
