Judgment
ORDER
IA/3546/2025- Ld. Counsel submits that the 180 days of the CIRP period in this case has expired on 03.08.2025. He also submitted that first Form-G was issued on 07.06.2025 as against which no EOIs were received and subsequently a second Form -G has been issued on 25.07.2025. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant further submits that CoC in the 6th meeting held on 15.07.2025 have passed Resolution to seek extension of 90 days in the period of CIRP beyond 180 days.
For the reasons as briefly mentioned hereinabove, those stated by the ld. Counsel and averred in the IA, this Bench is inclined to grant the extension of 90 days beyond 180 days which has expired on 03.08.2025 in the period of CIRP. Accordingly, the extension of 90 days in the CIRP period is allowed w.e.f. 04.08.2025. The IA is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
