Lindsay, J.—For the reasons set out in the referring order of the learned Sessions Judge I direct that the order of the Magistrate by which the accused Muhammad Ishaq was directed to pay Rs. 5 compensation to the complainant be set aside. The money, if paid, will be refunded.
