1.

Petitioners are the accused in CC No.320/2017 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate''s Court, Kalamassery, which has arisen from Crime

No.1134/2016 of Kalamassery Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 342, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

2.

It seems that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioners and the de facto complainant, who is the 1st respondent herein.

3.

The 1st respondent has filed Annexure-III affidavit affirming that the matter has been amicably settled between him and the petitioners and

presently, he has no complaints against the petitioners. When the 1st respondent had gone to Bangalore by his own vehicle, there is nothing to

invite an offence punishable under Section 365 IPC. When the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, no purpose would be served

Class Magistrate''s Court, Kalamassery, which has arisen from Crime No.1134/2016 of Kalamassery Police Station, can be quashed.

4.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed and all further proceedings against the petitioners in CC No.320/2017 of the Judicial First Class

Magistrate''s Court, Kalamassery, which has arisen from Crime No.1134/2016 of Kalamassery Police Station, are quashed.
