An identical writ petition SBCWP No.14233/2013 (Gajendra

Singh & Ors. Vs. State & Ors.) has already been dismissed vide

order dated 10.12.2014 with the following observations:-

"In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that some of the petitioners are still working on their respective posts but the respondents have not released their salary. In case, if it is so, the petitioners shall make a representation to the respondents within two weeks from today. The respondents shall consider their grievance with respect to the payment of salary for the period they have worked and pay the salary if found due to them. The question of their salary for the period they have worked and performed the duties shall be decided within one month from the receipt of the said representation."

Accordingly, the present writ petition is also disposed of in

the same terms as SBCWP No.14233/2013 (Gajendra Singh & Ors.

Vs. State & Ors.).
