Jairaj Singh vs State Of M. P. And Others

Regard being had to the similitude in the controversy involved in the present cases, the writ petitions were analogously heard and by a common order, they are being disposed of by this Court. Facts of Writ Petition No.13535/2020 are narrated hereunder.

The petitioner before this Court has filed this present petition stating that the an order has been passed for grant Quarry Lease, however, the State Government / respondents have not executed any lease deed and the matter is lying in cold storage.

Learned Additional Advocate General has informed this Court that recently a judgment has been delivered by Full Bench of this Court in the case of M/s. Trinity Infrastructure Vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh and Others (Writ Petition No.25364/2019, decided on 21st  day of September, 2020) and now all the matters are to be processed in light of the order passed by the Full Bench.

In light of the aforesaid, all the writ petitions stand disposed of with a direction to the State Government / respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks keeping in view the judgment delivered by the Full Bench on the subject as well as keeping in view the statutory provisions governing the field.
