Judgment
Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Sachdeva, Adv. appearing on behalf of the RP. Ms. Sanjana Saddy, Adv. appearing on behalf of the Original Applicant. Hon'ble NCLAT vide order dated 21.12.2023 has set aside the order passed by this Adjudicating Authority dated 31.08.2023 and allowed the IA No. 543/JPR/2022 and directed for liquidation. It has been directed to this Adjudicating Authority to pass an appropriate order appointing a Liquidator to proceed with the liquidation process of the Corporate Debtor. Mr. Bhim Sain Goyal has given his written consent to act as a Liquidator. Form- AA has also been submitted by the proposed liquidator. Hence, Mr. Bhim Sain Goyal is appointed as Liquidator. In view of the order passed by Hon'ble NCLAT, IA No. 640/JPR/2023 & IA No. 641/JPR/2023 have become infructuous. IA No. 640/JPR/2023 & IA No. 641/JPR/2023 stand disposed of accordingly.
