The Applicant in MA/730/2019 is not present. Applicant company filed this application for a direction to the Resolution Professional to consider its resolution application but whereas the Resolution Professional has again invited for fresh resolution applications by virtue of amendment Act 2019 to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The same applicant having already filed its resolution application before the Resolution Professional, we are of the view that this relief has now become infructuous, whereby this application is hereby dismissed as infructuous.
