1.The instant petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:

i) That the impugned notification dated 14.12.2020 (Annexure PÂ6) to the extent of providing reservation to Female for Pradhan Gram Panchayat

Seoh, Block Dharampur, District Mandi.

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents No. 1 to 3 to reÂwork/reÂdraw the roster for election to the post of Gram Panchayat Pradhan

(Seoh), Block Dharampur, District Mandi and issue a fresh notification in accordance with law declaring the said post as unreserved for any specified

categories and reserve seats of other panchayats as per fair rotation of reservation cycle forthwith.â€​

Somewhat similar issues have come up before this Court in CWP No. 5987 of 2020 titled Manish Dharmaik vs. State of H.P. and others, alongwith

connected matters, decided on 06.01.2021, and the same has been dismissed by reasoned order which reasons are squarely applicable to the facts of

the instant case.

Accordingly, we dismiss this writ petition on the basis of the reasons recored in the judgment passed in CWP No. 5987 of 2020 which shall apply

mutatis mutandis to the facts of the present case.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. The parties are left to bear their own costs.
