Judgment
Tejinder Singh Dhindsa, J
Counsel at the very outset submits that the petitioner Labour and Construction Society had earlier filed CWP No.24293 of 2019 raising a prayer to be released an amount of Rs.16,56,300/-approximately in lieu of work that had been allotted and duly executed. Such writ petition had been disposed of vide order dated 04.09.2019 with a direction to the concerned competent authority to examine the claim and to take a final decision thereupon.
It is submitted that the necessity of filing the instant writ petition has arisen as on account of a bona fide typographical error the amount that had earlier been reflected was not correct.
Even if that be so, the petitioner-Society ought to file a requisite application along with necessary documents to seek rectification/modification of the order dated 04.09.2019 passed by this Court while disposing of CWP No.24293 of 2019.
At this stage, counsel seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to take necessary remedial steps.
Disposed of as withdrawn.
