The petitioner, who has retired as Sub Inspector, HRTC Rural Unit Dhalli, Distt. Shimla on 31st July, 2019 has come up before this Court for the release of his retiral benefits and two additional increments. In this regard, petitioner has already made a detailed representation dated 01.06.2020 (Annexure P-3), but the respondents have not taken any decision on the same and is still pending before the authorities concerned.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Given above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.06.2020 (Annexure P-3), in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from today. Consequently, the petition is closed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy, as available in law, in case he still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied with the outcome of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
