An Application was filed in Special Sessions Trial No.28 of 2022 to provide copies to the applicant-accused. The said Application has been rejected by the learned Special Judge (Anti Corruption) / IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital on 02.12.2025.
The present Application has been filed by the applicant-accused to direct the Special Judge (Anti Corruption) / IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital to provide copies of the documents, as mentioned in the paragraph nos. 2, 3, 4 and paragraph no.5 of annexure no.-5. These documents have been submitted by the Investigating Officer along with charge-sheet.
3 Heard Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent.
The said request of the applicant has not been opposed by the respondent.
The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application (No.2229 of 2025), filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is disposed of directing the learned Special Judge (Anti Corruption) / IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haldwani, District Nainital to provide the copies of the said documents as per rules.
