Seeking cancellation of the bail granted to respondents No.4 to 7, the complainant has come up before this Court under Section 482, Cr.PC.
Pursuant to the notices issued to respondents No.4 to 7, they had appeared in the Court. Their stand is that they lived at far of places and all
allegations against them are false. Be that as it may, the legal ground for cancellation of bail is that the status report did not mention about Section 326,
IPC.
Mr. Manoj Pathak, learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 7 has placed on record a photocopy of the order passed by the learned Special Judge,
Sirmaur District at Nahan, granting bail to one co-accused. A perusal of the said order reveals that Sectionn 326, IPC was duly mentioned therein.
Thus, it appears to be a typographical error because while granting bail, this court had duly considered the nature of injuries.
Given above, I find no merit in the petition, which is dismissed accordingly along with pending application(s), if any. Registry is directed to return the
records to the concerned.
