Judgment
Rajiv Sharma, J.—The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
That the applicants pray that the order Annexure A-1 vide which the Respondent No. 2 to 5 have been promoted may kindly be quashed as the same has been issued ignoring the right of the applicants, and in case the same is not quashed the applicants may kindly also be ordered to be promoted as marketing Assistant w.e.f. 10.8.2006 the date of the promotion of the Respondent No. 2 to 5 with all consequential benefits, the record of the whole case may be summoned for the perusal of the Hon''ble Court and any other relief for which the applicants are entitled may kindly be granted to the applicants.
However, in view of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 1844 of 1995, decided on 30.3.1998, the present writ petition is not maintainable against Respondent No. 1. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed with no order as to costs. However, opportunity is reserved to the Petitioner to approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, for the redressal of his grievance. Pending application(s), if any also stands disposed of.
