Judgment
Ajay Rastogi, J.—Petitioner, who is a member of Rajasthan Administrative Service, after criminal case being registered against him Nos. 269, 270, 276, 277/2005 u/s 13(1)(c)(d) & 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act and Under Sections 406, 409, 420 & 120B IPC, was placed under suspension after sanction for prosecution was granted by the competent authority vide order dt. 5th March, 2010.
Only grievance raised by petitioner before the Court is that despite application was submitted by him on 8th March, 2010 served in the office of respondents on 9th March, 2010 for supply of copy of sanction for prosecution granted by the competent authority which has been made to be a basis for passing order of suspension dt. 5th March, 2010.
Prayer made appears to be justified and once the petitioner has been placed under suspension after sanction for prosecution has been granted by the competent authority, he is supposed to know the order which has been made to be a basis by the authority placing him under suspension.
Consequently, writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to supply copy of sanction for prosecution order which has been made to be a basis for placing the petitioner under suspension vide order dt. 5th March, 2010 within two weeks of submission of certified copy of this order.
