Judgment

Arguments heard. The occurrence took place on 20.12.1983 and the first information report was registered on 18.5.1987 i e. after about 31/2 years. Applicant Jagdip Singh was Cashier and be is said to have forged a voucher in December 1983. His services admittedly were terminated in January, 1987, and he is no longer incharge of any record. The charge was got handed over to a different persons without allegation of any loss of record at the time of termination of his services. In this situation of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the care, lest it may prejudice any of the parties, I direct that applicant Jagdip Singh in the event of his arrest, shall be released on bail on furnishing personal, bond with one surety in the sum of Rs. 10,000/ each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that the applicant shall put in appearance before S.H.O Police Station City, Ambala on 3.8.1987 at 1000 A.M in the police station and shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer thereafter as and when required so in writing; that he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any per son acquainted the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police Officer and that he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala.
