The present revision petition has been filed by the tenant. Perusal of the paperbook reveals that the ejectment petitioner was firstly ordered by learned Rent Controller, vide order dated 10.02.2012, which stood further affirmed, vide judgment dated 05.04.2016, passed by Appellate Authority.
To challenge the aforesaid judgment, the instant revision petition has been filed. However, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner, even once. Firstly, the file was dealt with by this Court on 20.09.2017. However, none had made appearance on the said date and the case was further adjourned. Thereafter, the case was dealt by the Court on 26.03.2019 and on the said date also, none had made appearance and consequently, the case was adjourned to 02.08.2019 and then to 30.10.2019, 04.02.2020 and 12.05.2022. However, none had made appearance on the aforesaid dates.
Lastly, the file was dealt by the Court on 03.04.2024 and on said date also, none had made appearance..
Keeping in view the aforesaid seriatim of orders, passed by the Court, it is evident that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition.
Considering the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed, for want of prosecution, with the clause of revivial, if petitioner makes appearance before the court, within a period of three months, from today onwards.
