The instant criminal miscellaneous application has been preferred seeking correction in the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.966/2023, whereby the revision was allowed and juvenile petitioner 'J' was ordered to be released on bail.
It is averred in the application that due to inadvertent error, in the operative part of the aforesaid order, the number of FIR and name of Police Station have been mentioned as '114/2022 registered at Police Station Deogarh, District Pratapgarh', whereas the correct FIR number and name of Police Station are '12/2023' and 'Hanumangarh Junction, District Hanumangarh'. Hence, it is prayed that necessary correction may be made in the order.
Having gone through documents placed on record with the file, this court is of the opinion that apparently an inadvertent typographical error has crept in the order allowing revision and it is essential to rectify the same.
Accordingly, it is ordered that the number of FIR and the name of the Police Station in the operative para of the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No.966/2023 shall be read as '12/2023 registered at Police Station Hanumangarh Junction, District Hanumangarh' instead of '114/2022 registered at Police Station Deogarh, District Pratapgarh'. The application is allowed in these terms.
This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 03.10.2023.
