Appeal in this case has been filed by the Revenue against the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the CIT(A)/NFAC, Delhi for the A.Y. 2015-16.

A withdrawal application dated 05.08.2026 has been filed by the revenue to withdraw the appeal No. 7796/Del/2026. Through its application the Revenue has intimated that inadvertently the duplicate appeal was filed because in the same case another ITA No.7515/Del/2026 has already been filed.

After going through this application and hearing of the Ld. DR the Revenue is allowed to withdraw the appeal and the above said appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal filed by the revenue is dismissed as withdrawn.
