Judgment
Vide present petition, petitioners are seeking quashing of the Memorandum bearing No.PF/CT/GD/NK/37Bn/22/21919 dated 17.10.2022 and Memorandum bearing No.PF/CT/GD/NK/37Bn/22/21918 dated 17.10.2022 against petitioner Nos.1 and 2, respectively, issued by respondent No.3; quashing of show cause notice bearing No.PF/CT/GD/NK/37Bn/22/2550 dated 03.02.2023 against Petitioner No.1 and show cause notice bearing No.PF/CT/GD/NK/37Bn/22/2548 dated 03.02.2023 against petitioner No.2 issued by respondent No.3.
Vide the aforementioned show cause notices dated 03.02.2023, petitioners were granted 30 days’ time to furnish their reply, however, instead of filing reply the petitioners have approached the Court.
We are not inclined to issue notice in the present petition. However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have not filed reply to the show cause notices issued to them by respondent No.3, we hereby grant further one week’s time to file the same before respondent No.3 and on receipt of reply, the said respondent is at liberty to decide the same within the statutory period.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
