Judgment

[1] As the applicant is involved in three offences, three different applications are filed for release on temporary bail.
[2] The present applications have been filed by the relative of the applicant seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of treatment of his daughter.
[3] Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP appearing for the respondent- State and perused the jail record.
[4] Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent – State.
[5] Considering the ground for which temporary bail is sought for, the jail record and the conduct of the applicant, I am inclined to release the applicant on temporary bail with police escort. Hence, the present applications are partly allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period from 5.11.2022 to 9.11.2022 on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), with one police escort at the cost of the applicant and on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender to the Jail Authority on 9.11.2022, without fail. It is clarified that no extension shall be granted to the applicant.
[5] Rule is made absolute accordingly. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned Court/authority by Fax or Email, today.
