The instant appeal (second bail application) has been filed under Section 14A(2) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the appellant, who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 114/2015, Police Station JNV Colony, Bikaner for the offences under Sections 302, 201 & 120-B of I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(5) & 3(2)(6) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against the Order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Bikaner whereby the bail application preferred under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the appellant was rejected.

Heard. Perused the material available on record.

No case for bail is made out at this stage.

Dismissed accordingly.

At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is facing the trial for more than five years and out of total 17 witnesses, only 10 have been examined so far and therefore, the learned trial court may be directed to expedite the trial.

Taking into consideration the fact that five years have lapsed and the appellant is facing the trial and only 10 witnesses have been examined so far, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
