ORDER
Counsel for the Operational Creditor is present and submits that he has not received a copy of the reply filed by the Counsel for the Corporate Debtor. In this connection, Counsel for the Corporate Debtor is directed to supply a copy of the reply so filed to the Counsel for the Operational Creditor in a weeks' time.
List the matter on 08.07.2022. On the said date, both the Counsel shall be ready to make final arguments in the matter.
