This is a petition filed by one Sakshi Sharma in representative capacity on behalf of Inhabitants of Village Bagnoti Tehsil Nowshera seeking, inter alia, a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to permit respondent No.10 M/s Jai Bharat Stone Crusher to operate its unit of Hot Mix Plant at Village Bagnoti. A further direction has been sought to cancel the license granted in favour of respondent No.10 in violation of SRO 302 of 2017.

Issue notice to the respondents as also to the public at large, to be published in daily newspaper (Daily Excelsior) at the expense of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall deposit the publication charges within two weeks.
