ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Operational Creditor present.

He seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. Accordingly, C.P.(IB)-2872(MB)/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is however granted to the Operational Creditor to approach the Tribunal again in accordance with law.
