The Court: In execution of the warrant of arrest the judgment debtor no.2 is produced from the custody. On the basis of the undertaking given by

the judgment debtor no.2 that he shall be present as and when required and shall file an affidavit of assets in appropriate form, the warrant of arrest

against the judgment debtor no.2 stands discharged. Since the judgment debtor no.2 is not represented by any advocate, the Member Secretary

Legal Aid Services Authority is requested to appoint an Advocate to represent the judgment debtor no.2 in this proceeding immediately on receipt of a

copy of this order to be communicated by the Office of the Sheriff.

The matter stands adjourned for four weeks. The judgment debtor no.2 shall file an affidavit of asset in Form No.16A of Appendix E of the Code

of Civil Procedure and shall be present for examination on or before the adjourned date.

The warrant of arrest against the judgment debtor no.1 is extended till that date.

The jurisdictional superintendent of police and the officer in charge of the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of

arrest and production of the judgment debtor no.1 on or before the aforesaid date.
