Judgment
By the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the advertisement dated 29.09.2026 issued by respondent No.3 for filling up six posts of Nursing Officer (OT) and also seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the name of the petitioner, whose name finds place in the waiting list dated 27.07.2026 issued pursuant to the advertisement dated 07.07.2026.
Learned State counsel, by placing on record a notice dated 12.10.2026, submits that the advertisement dated 29.09.2026 has been withdrawn and, as far as filling up of the six posts of Nursing Officer on the basis of the waiting list dated 27.07.2026 issued pursuant to the advertisement dated 07.07.2026 is concerned, consequence will be followed. Hence, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
