Per: Satya Ranjan Prasad Member (Technical)
In view of the order of admission dated 21.04.2022 passed in C.P (IB) No.145/CTB/2019, the above captioned petition filed by Financial Creditor against Srabani Construction Private Limited [CIN: U45201OR2001PTC006571] (the Corporate Debtor) has become infructuous and shall stand dismissed as such.
In result, IA No.32/CB/2022 connected C.P (IB) No. 199/CB/2020 shall also stand closed as inconsequential.
The above-mentioned creditor is hereby directed to file its claims without delay in the prescribed form with Mr. Chaitanya Kumar Ray, (Reg. No. IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N00032/2017-18/10260,) having address at Ray Nayak & Associates MIG-26, Manarama Estate, Bhubaneswar, Odisha ,751010 [email id: [email protected] the Interim Resolution Professional appointed in respect of the Corporate Debtor.
The Registry is hereby directed to communicate a copy of this Order to the creditor concerned, their counsel on record and the IRP by Speed Post and e-mail immediately, and in any case, not later than two days from the date of this Order.
