ORDER

1.

The present application was filed by Mr. Anil Anchalia, Interim Resolution Professional of Mahakal Agro Storage & Processing Unit Private Limited under Section 19(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with regulation 30 of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.

The application was heard and reserved for orders.

Further, an application being I.A.(I.B.C.) /359/KB/2023 was filed under Section 33(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor praying for liquidation of the Corporate Debtor. The same was admitted vide an order dated 07.08.2023.

In view of the above position, we find that the application being I.A.(I.B.C) No. 570/KB/2022 has become infructuous. Hence I.A.(I.B.C) No. 570/KB/2022 is accordingly disposed of.

A certified copy of this order may be issued, if applied for, upon compliance with all requisites.
