Heard the Ld. Counsel appearing on both sides. I.A. No. 446/2022 is an interlocutory application for the stay of the impugned order dated 19.04.02022 of the Ld. Presiding Officer, D.R.T.-II, Mumbai in I.A. No. 413/2022 in S.A. No. 58/2021. The Appeal is also filed challenging the said order and to quash and set it aside.

The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondents seeks time to file a reply to I.A. 446/2022. The reply shall be filed within two days, considering the exigency expressed by the Ld. counsel for the Appellant.

There is another interlocutory application filed as I.A. 526/2021 in the very same S.A. which is also pending herein before D.R.T. and there is absolutely no embargo in hear in that application and the Ld. Presiding Officer shall endeavour to dispose of the said application expeditiously, along with other pending applications after hearing both sides.

I.A. No. 446/2022 shall be posted for hearing on 26.09.2022.
