Judgment
On 07.01.2022, this Tribunal had allowed IA No. I.A. No. 1528 of 2021 in Competition Appeal (AT) No. 07 of 2021.
It is represented on behalf of the Appellant that some of the Respondent’s side had filed reply/response/counter and other Respondents have not filed any response, this Tribunal is perforced to grant a last opportunity to the Respondent’s side ( who had entered appearance through the Learned Counsel) to file the reply/response/counter before the office of the registry not only be e.filing but also through hard copy and copy of the same shall be exchanged between them well in advance, before the next date of hearing, without fail. It is made quite clear that no further adjournment shall be granted to any of the response on any core. If any of the Learned Counsels for the Respondents who concerned have not received the copy of Appeal Paper Book(s), it is open to the Learned Counsel for the Respondent to get in touch with the Learned Counsel for the Appellant through mobile phone and through the Appellant’s e.mal and make a request for supply of the Appeal Paper Book (s) if they so advised desire and in such an event, to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant shall do the needful
