O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor present.

Vide order dated 28/10/2022 passed in CP(IB)/1382(KB)2020, the Corporate Debtor has been admitted in CIRP. As such this application has become infructuous. The Financial Creditor should lodge its claim with the IRP appointed in CP(IB)/1382(KB)2020, who shall collate the claims on its merits.

Therefore, CP(IB)/234(KB)2022 is disposed of.
