Judgment

respondent in B.P. No. 554/2018 seeks further time of three days for filing evidence affidavit.  Ms. Dharitry Phookan, Advocate for respondent in
B.P. No. 553/2018 seeks permission to file her evidence affidavit by tomorrow.  Time, as prayed for by Ld. Counsel for respondents in B.P. No.
554/2018 and B.P. No. 553/2018, given to file their evidence affidavit.   Ld. Counsel for respondents pray for waiving of cost imposed
by earlier order stating that the respondents in these matters have not been given adequate time, as was given to the petitioner, for filing evidence
affidavit. The prayer in regard to waiving of cost, as imposed earlier, is allowed. It is stated that if the evidence affidavit by the respondents in
B.P. No. 554/2018Â and B.P. No. 553/2018Â is not filed by the extended time, Registry shall accept it after payment of cost of Rs. 5000/- in favour
of opposite side.  List on 10th March, 2021 for directions.
