The matter is posted for pronouncement of the order. Earlier also the pronouncement was deferred on two occasions. Before the order could be pronounced Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has the instructions to apply for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh one if such a necessity arises and in case the talks for settlement fails. There is no objection raised by the counsel for the respondent to the aforesaid prayer.
In view of the above we cancel the pronouncement of the order and accept the prayer made by the petitioner. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned.
