Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No. 1and learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 & 3.
Although in the last order, it was clearly indicated that petitioner's interim prayer shall be positively considered on the next date on the basis of
materials available on record on behalf of respondents, an accommodation is being sought by way of last opportunity to bring their materials on record
by way of reply/short reply. The prayer is that considering the broad facts and circumstances relating to the respondents, the further delay of two
weeks will not have any material effects on the properties and assets of the respondents.Â
In the larger interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted. Two weeks' time is granted for filing reply/short reply. Rejoinder, if required,Â
may be filed within one week thereafter. Post the matter under the same head on 8.4.2021.
The interim prayer shall be positively considered on the next date without granting further adjournment for reply.
