Judgment
Ramesh Kumar Merathia, J.
(I) Reportof the Official Liquidator dated 03/05/2011 at flag 30 and the affidavit verifying the accounts at flag�26 are take non record as prayed by the Official Liquidator.
(II) Mr. Mahesh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel submits that I.A. No. 2519/2008 has become infructuous.
Accordingly, I.A. No. 2519/2008 is dismissed as such.
(III) I.A. No. 465 of 2011
Mr. Mahesh Kumar Sinha submitted that this interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the Ex�Managing Director of the Company namely Ashcharaya Lal Chachra for substituting him inplace of secured creditor as he has paid the dues of the BSF C and the workmen.
The Official Liquidator has got no objection.
Accordingly,the Ex�Managing Director is sub-stituted in place of the secured creditors. He Is permitted to lodge his claim before the Official Liquidator within two weeks from today.
This interlocutory application stands disposed of.
Put up this case on 26th August2011 for filing report by the Official Liquidator for disposal of this case if possible.
Let a copy of the order be given to the Official Liquidator.
