Judgment
Per Mahavir Singh, Vice President :
This appeal by the Revenue is arising out of the order of learned CIT(A), New Delhi dated 13th July, 2026 for the assessment year 2020- 21.
At the time of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the assessee. Learned Senior DR requested for withdrawal of the appeal of the Revenue on the ground that some inadvertent entries were made in Form No.36 of the present appeal i.e., ITA No.7333/Del/2026. He further submitted that upon realizing the mistakes, the Department has filed another appeal in the said case having correct details.
Considering the aforesaid and after going through the facts and circumstances of the case, we allow the request of the Department to withdraw the present appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the Revenue is dismissed as withdrawn.
