Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the case diary is not available today.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the proceedings, being Nalhati Police Station Case No. 66 of 2018 dated February 24, 2018

under Sections 493/376C(d)/417/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code now pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate

at Rampurhat, District â€" Birbhum, is the counter blast of the proceedings arising out of Rampurhat Police Station Case No.283 of 2017 dated

September 13, 2017 under Sections 341/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

after initiation of the above-mentioned proceedings, being Rampurhat Police Station Case No.283 of 2017, another criminal proceedings were initiated,

being Rampurhat Police Station Case No.284 of 2017 dated September 13, 2017 under Sections 341/323/354 of the Indian Penal Code pending before

the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampurhat, Birbhum.

According to the contention of the petitioner, both the criminal proceedings, being Nalhati Police Station Case No.66 of 2018 and Rampurhat Police

Station Case No.284 of 2017, have been initiated by the opposite party against the petitioner falsely out grudge and the petitioner has challenged the

earlier proceedings, being Rampurhat Police Station Case No.284 of 2017, by way of filing criminal revisional application, being CRR 62 of 2018 and

the same is pending for disposal.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, both the revisional applications, being CRR 2926 of 2019 and CRR 62 of 2018

are required to be heard simultaneously.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State is requested to ensure the production of the case diary of both the cases on the next date of

hearing.

Let both the matter appear in the list on 16th January, 2020 at 2.00 p.m. for hearing as “Specially Fixed Matterâ€​.

Office is directed to bring the case record of CRR 62 of 2018, in the meantime.
