Judgment
The Court: On 8th February, 2018, the following order was passed :-
“One of the caveators, Sri Pallav Ghosh is represented by Mr. Amritlal Dhar, Advocate. Mr. Dhar, on instruction submits, that Sri Pallav Ghosh
does not want to contest the proceedings and has produced before this Court a communication dated 27th January, 2018 to that effect. The
communication dated 27th January, 2018 is taken on record.
Since Chitra has already been served and there was no pre-filing caveat by her, there is no requirement to effect further service upon Chitra. In
spite of notice, Chitra has not lodged any caveat in this proceedings.
Let this matter appear for final order after two weeks.â€

In view of the order dated 8th February, 2018, GA 240 of 2018 stands disposed of and no further order is required to be passed in respect of GA 240
of 2018.
