Mr. Rahul Auddy, ld. Advocate, appearing for the Resolution, Professional mentioned the matter and prayed that on 14th July, 2020, an application under section 30(6) and section 31, section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 alongwith Regulation 39(4) of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 was filed for approval of the Resolution Plan by this Tribunal.
He further submitted that the resolution plan was approved by the CoC with 100% voting and submitted before the Tribunal for its approval. Resolution plan was submitted in word format as well as in pdf format.
Being satisfied with the urgency in mentioning the above matter, I am inclined to allow the prayer for an early listing of the CP, upon the following directions:
i). Summary of Resolution Plan alongwith Distribution pattern in word format.
ii) Summary of exemptions sought referring to the pages;
iii) Copy of the minutes of the meeting, wherein approval of the resolution plan has been passed by the CoC with 100% voting;
iv) Copy of the affidavit under section 29A;
v) The CP alongwith IA is listed for hearing on 12.08.2020 through video conference;
Mentioning Application for urgent hearing stands disposed off.
