Lakshmana Rao, J.—The ghee was not stored or offered for sale, and the conviction u/s 5(1)(b), Madras Prevention of Adulteration Act, (Act 3 of 1918) is unsustainable. It is therefore set aside and the fine if levied will be refunded.
