O''kinealy, J.—No person appearing to shew cause against this rule, we direct that the case be transferred from the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Chooadangah to the Magistrate of the District, leaving him at the same time power to transfer the case to any other Magistrate in the sudder station of equal or superior jurisdiction.
