Ms. Honey Soni, Learned Lawyer, appeared on behalf of the Petitioner.
Notices were duly served.
On perusal of the record, it is found that all the meetings were dispensed with.
Representation of the Regional Director as well as Official Liquidator has been received.
No other representation is received from any statutory authorities.
Paper publication has also been effected.
Heard the arguments of learned Counsel for Petitioner.
The Petition is admitted.
The Petitioner shall advertise Notice of hearing of this petition in "Business Standard" Surat Edition in English and in "Gujarat Guardian" Surat Edition in Gujarati language not less than ten days before fixed date of hearing, calling for objections, if any, on or before the date of hearing.
The Petitioner shall issue notices to Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator and Income Tax Department, informing the date of hearing.
Meanwhile, the petitioner has liberty to file reply, if any, on the representation from the of the Statutory Authorities.
List the matter on 14.08.2020 for hearing.
