Judgment
It was submitted on behalf of the Respondents that they shall be filing their Vakalatnama along with Reply during the course of the day. It was further submitted that a copy of the Reply has already been served on the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
Three weeks time is prayed and allowed to the Petitioner for filing their Rejoinder qua Reply filed by the Respondent.
It was jointly submitted on behalf of the parties that if the Respondent approaches the Petitioner, the Petitioner is open and willing for an amicable settlement of the dispute between them. The parties may settle their dispute in the meanwhile. Let the matter be listed on 26th May, 2022 for directions.
It was further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that they have made a prayer for grant of an interim relief and, thus, a prayer that the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Bench. Since the Respondent intends to settle the dispute, this prayer shall be considered on the next date fixed in the matter.
