The prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 12.12.2025 and to receive and register the Family Partition Deed dated 05.12.2025.
The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, by oral instructions, the petitioners' document was returned to them and the same was not registered.
The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the document has not been produced at all and that, as and when it is produced, due orders will be passed either registering the same or intimating the reasons, if any, for refusal.
In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:-
The petitioners shall present the Partition Deed dated 05.12.2025 before the Registering Authority in accordance with the procedure. Upon such presentation, the Registering Authority shall deal with the same in the manner known to law and pass orders in writing. Expeditious steps shall be taken and appropriate orders shall be passed within one week from the date of presentation of the document.
