The instant applications are filed by the respondents no.1 and 2 under Rule 22 of the DRAT (Procedure) Rules, 1994 seeking correction of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Tribunal in Misc. Appeal No. 140/2021 titled as IIFL Home Finance Limited & others v. Umesh Chandra Jain & others
Misc. Appeals bearing No. 140/2021 and 141/2021 were ordered to be disposed of vide order dated 08.05.2025, wherein it was observed by this Tribunal that in view of the directions given by the High Court Delhi to concern DRT to dispose of S.A. No. 216/2021 & 217/2021 expeditiously, the said SAs were disposed of by the DRT.
The Advocate for the applicants who are the respondents no.1 and 2 in the present appeal (S.A. Applicant) stated that S.A. No. 140/2021 & 141/2021 have not been disposed of and actually pending for disposal before DRT-II, Delhi.
The Advocate for the appellant also confirmed this factual position.
Accordingly, in the order dated 08.05.2026, the correction to said extent are made and it is made clear that as per the contention made by the Advocate for the appellant S.A. No. 140/2021 & 141/2021 are still pending for adjudication. The applications stand disposed of.
