Heard proxy counsel Mr. Pranjal Buch for the applicant and Mr. Manish Bhatt, senior counsel for the CoC and also Mr. Navin Pahwa, learned senior counsel for the RP.
From the application, it appears that the applicant is ready to pay the amount in compliance of earlier order. Learned advocate for the respondent submitted that the said amount is also not paid and the amount is not given as per schedule. Before considering the application for extension of time, the applicant is directed to comply the amount proposed in the resolution plan.
