This is an application filed by the Applicant/RP under Section 22(3)a of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to take on record the decision of the CoC to appoint the Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor, Mr. Ritesh R Mahajan, as the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.

Ld. Counsel for the Applicant informed that in the 1st CoC meeting held on 18.12.2023, the CoC passed a resolution to appoint the IRP as the Resolution Professional viz. Mr. Ritesh R Mahajan, with 100% voting. In view of the above, IA-696/2024 is allowed and disposed of.
