ORDER
Since the Financial Creditor (IDBI Bank Limited) having filed impleadment application in MA/646/2019 seeking directions in respect to the manner of distribution of margin money, since this Bench noticed that allowing this application will have no bearing on the stay granted by the Hon’ble NCLAT in Appeal Nos.761 & 762 of 2019, this MA/757/2019 is hereby allowed.
Though this application has been allowed to make them as Respondents in MA/646/2019, since the relief sought in MA/646/2019 will have bearing over the Appeal pending before the Hon’ble NCLAT, the Resolution Professional is hereby directed to mention this MA/646/2019 after the Appeal pending before Hon’ble NCLAT is decided.
