Judgment
A Xerox copy of the interim stay order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat passed in the matter dated 18.10.2024, has been placed by the Registry, wherein the following order has been passed:
"there shall be ad-interim stay in respect of further proceedings of IA 1051 of 2024 in CP(IB) no. 186 of 2024 before the NCLT, Ahmedabad, till the next of hearing. Direct service is permitted."
The Registry is directed to forward the copy of this interim stay order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat in the IBC matter to the Principal Bench New Delhi as well as to the IBBI for information within a period of three days.
Since, there is an interim stay in the matter, let this matter be adjourned beyond the date.
Re-list the matter beyond the date on 11.12.2024.
